Summary | 0000162: Improve attachment filename and subject header of debit file email
Description | Currently the email going to the treasuerer lists the file name as an unwieldly combination of the encoded debit timestamp and parts of the randomised debit it. This is seemingly nonsensical and makes working with those files harder. Treasurer suggests just using the debit subject, which makes a lot of sense.
Additional Information | The email subject is derived from the file name.
